Amazing experience with Drivetime and Amber. Went to another dealership before this and they made me feel pressured and uncomfortable, it was a whole different experience here. I never felt pressured and everyone was super nice. I highly suggest going to them for a vehicle.

I purchased a Cadillac XT4 and returned it on day 4 due to multiple major issues. The sunroof was broken and leaking, something they never disclosed, but clearly knew about since the car wasn’t washed when I went to pick it up. If they were to take it through the car wash the inside would be soaked. The car came dirty, with no mats, a non-Cadillac key fob from China, and they tried to sell it with a slit tire (repaired only after I complained). Yamilet Ralat shoved her QR code at me repeatedly during the purchase, pressuring me to write a positive review before the paperwork was done. That’s where all her good reviews come from. They tried their hardest to keep me happy while giving me the runaround, clearly hoping the 5-day return window would expire so I couldn’t return the car. They gave me the runaround with Caliber Collisions and Cadillac Tampa, pretending to have contacts who had no idea about them. Caliber Collisions does collision repairs, Cadillac had no idea who Kenny was, let alone wanted anything to do with drive time. They expected me to pay out of pocket or go through my insurance. And that would have been 3,000$ minimum. If the sunroof was broken who knows what else was wrong with the car. Which taking it to caddillac would have been a 500$ diagnostic. When you spend hours doing paperwork, go through the stress of buying a car you don’t want to find out later you have to return it because people weren’t honest a with you. It’s a very untrustworthy, deceptive fraudulent business to say the least. Their mentions of a 30-day/1,500-mile warranty are completely irrelevant—the sunroof issue is way beyond that and not covered by anything they list. Which you should not have to rely on that while purchasing a car anyway… Kenny and Yamilet are extremely dishonest. Avoid this dealership. Inspect everything carefully if you even consider it, but there are much more reputable places avoid the stress and the headaches take it from me.
