Hugh Williams Auto Sales

I put down 3500 on an suv from this lot , my payments are 100 a week, this sold me a lemon suv with a humongous oil leak, everyday I have to put oil in my car ! When I got the car it was not detailed at all, it was dirt and dog hair everywhere! DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE THEY DO NOT CHECK THEM BEFORE THEY SELL IT TO YOU ! And they won’t help you get it fixed or even care that you have to pay out of your pocket for the fix plus make the payments you have left on the car !

They will harass you for a payment every week even when you aren’t behind. You get called every day nearly to remind you that your payment is due by 4 pm on Friday or you get a late charge of 45. And yes they close at 4pm on Friday so you will always be late if you work later than that. They are rude disrespectful and even have made treating calls which I have if you like to hear. My car didn’t have a year and is broke down already and paid way to much for what the true value of car is worth. They will not work with you at all beware go elsewhere

If I could give 0 stars I would. I put 5k down on a vehicle for the check engine light to come on 48 hrs after I bought it took it back up there for them to tell me the vehicle comes “as is” and there’s nothing they will do about it. The engine light is for the throttle body and catalytic converter. Fast forward a week later and I’m stranded on the park way with my 4 children in the POS they sold me that I’m having to put money into just so it will run. These people are shady, deceiving and will say anything they can to sell you a vehicle that they KNOW will not be dependable. I’m disgusted with this place.

I’m really disappointed. I bought a car at Hugh Williams Auto Sales here 14 days ago and today the let me in the middle of the street in my way to my kids ceremony I pay 8k and some for the car I contacted the dealer and they told me they do not have a mechanic and they have the car inspected ( by who) I don’t know since they don’t have a mechanic and that I was on my own since they didn’t intended for that to happen. They told me is maybe something simple and should have it checked. I’m so disappointed no one buy a car in a pay here by here because they have extra money but I really feel I was taking advantage off since they didn’t inspect the car before selling the car and especially because their response was you are on your own is not my problem. People be really careful with this places.

This place feels like it exists just to trap people into buying lemons. The only thing "certified" here is how shady the whole operation is. Seriously save your money, sanity, and time. Go literally anywhere else. #hugewilliamsautosales
