We went here about 4 times, not knowing exactly what we wanted... even test driving the same car multiple times. Tim was wonderful! He didn't push us at all, asked if we wanted to look at anything else and had a ton of patience with us. Of all the sales people he was the most professional abd friendly. We ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe and we love it! We have it for about a week now and everything is great! Trey helped us with the purchase of my 2024 Bronco Sport Badlands in 2024. He took the time to introduce us to the Bronco Sport and let me test drive the Sport as well as the full size Bronco. He even let us take a Bronco Sport to our home so we could see how well it fit into the garage and if we could fit our bikes into it. And then ... he had the Bronco Sport Badlands in Cactus Green driven over from Tampa so I could take one home that same day. Lakeland Automall has provided excellent service. It's a pleasure to use the mobile service for oil changes and tire rotation. Before my Bronco Sport hit the 36,000-mile warranty, a problem developed. Lakeland Automall loaned me a full size Bronco while "Zippy" waited there for a part. That gave me an opportunity to assure myself that the Bronco Sport was the right Bronco for me. Better fit for my diminutive stature (getting into the full size Bronco was a little like rock climbing) and better gas mileage. More than two years later, I'm still in love with my Bronco Sport Badlands. Zippy is my forever Bronco.
