I bought a truck from Select 2 months ago and, despite experiencing some mechanical issues with the vehicle, Jared at Select has never failed to be on the other end. They won't guarantee to sell you a perfect vehicle, nor should they, or any reputable dealer for that matter. Sometimes unforeseen things do happen and, while I don't believe everything I've experienced was unforeseen, I readily acknowledge some of it was. At the end of the day, Jared is going to ensure that your issue is resolved. It may not happen overnight or anything resembling fast, but they won't leave you high and dry. I genuinely believe Select is a 5 star establishment, and I say that almost entirely based on the fact that Jared Holloway works there. Not only does he work there, but he's also the boss. He is a man of his word, an amazing listener, and a very thoughtful human being. When I do confront him with an issue he responds with empathy and care, doing all he can to resolve the matter. Even as I type this review, my truck spent all last week at the Nissan dealership having a new transmission installed. The reason for my visit was a DTC P1721, which could be a myriad of causes, and Nissan believed replacing the transmission would be the solution. It wasn't, and here I am in the same position I was previously,just now with a new transmission as well. At the end of the day, however, Jared is just a phone call away, and that's not something you just find everywhere, let's be honest. Put simply, I love my truck and I am excited for what it will be in the future!

We got a gorgeous 2008 Toyota sienna from here and as a family of 5 we couldn't be happier with our experience and our new van. Staff was very patient and friendly with us and our autistic toddler during the process. They work with you and do what they can to get you in a car. Highly recommend checking them out!

Select is hands down the best used car lot in Orange Park and the surrounding areas. The staff and service are fabulous. The vehicles they sell are excellent. Eric in particular is amazing. We’ve dealt with him for several years. He’ll make sure you like what you buy, and that you completely understand the sale process. We won’t take our business anywhere else when it comes to buying a new to us car.

I’ve been with Select Car & Truck since 2022. Had my vehicles for 3 years and just got another vehicle through them. Eric was such a great help, but I wanna give a HUGE shoutout to Jarred. He helped me in every way he could. Thank you so much for helping me out I really do appreciate it. It doesn’t matter what it is if there is a problem Jarred acts quick and gets the issue handled with no problem. I do recommend this place to everyone!! ❤️💪
