My son bought a 2004 Ford diesel truck from these guys and even got the warranty little over a year ago. This truck has been in repair shop more than it’s been driven. Now they say the motor needs to be rebuilt What a wast of money and time to have a nice vehicle

I recently purchased my Jeep Cherokee from here, I couldn't believe the ease of the whole process. From Chris, Harold & Ryan, they were all so eager to help and worked as a team to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I even had interactions with the owner and his son. I've been searching for this exact vehicle in a certain color and in the price range I wanted for several months and with a wide selection of vehicles to choose from, I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you guys for all you did in getting me into my new awesome Jeep!!

So the 2 stars I'm giving are for the sales person himself, He was actually very helpful and quick and answered all questions At any time period. The reason I'm not giving this place a higher score though is for the vehicle itself. Well I get that it is a used car, I had bought the vehicle and within a week a week I have Toyota telling me that is telling me that it needs a new engine. I bought vehicles from used car lots before and and I've had great experiences with the products being sold I know there's no such thing as a perfect vehicle especially especially when it has had previous owners. But I would expect some sort of professionalism and not putting vehicles on the lot that as this one did.

0/5 stars. I had to give a star in order to post a review. sold me a car with a bad water pump. Car ran hot often. Price tag to fix it cost more than the car is worth because it is a ford and the water pump is in the engine. If you need a car I suggest you run from this place fast and I mean fast. Very janky sales man and poor customer service. I had the car only 9 months and I’ve had nothing but issues. They rig the cars to turn off service lights and a month later they all start to come on. I should’ve known something wasn’t right then. It was only the beginning of a line of issues. DONT BUY A CAR FROM ORANGE PARK AUTO MALL. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
