You’re a liar and I’m going to prove it to you! You left the business before the police showed up. Only myself and my witness was there when police showed up they also left and you still had not showed up to speak with them hmm weird! I was the aggressor but yet I called JSO before you. You only called JSO because you were trying to leave before JSO got there however you could not secure your lot because the car I was driving blocked you from doing so THATS WHY YOU TRULY CALLED JSO! I never cursed you out Saturday I simply stated you all need to do better business. Upon my arrival I politely came in and said Hi am here to pick up my tag. You immediately responded oh your Mrs. Hicks the one that left me a nasty review. That appears as you were the confrontational one not me any other professional business would have never spoke to a customer in that manner they would be more apologetic and asking how can we make it right and I’m pretty sure the recordings would 100% support everything I’m saying. Not once before I responded to that statement where there ever an issue regarding the payment. She did not like my response to her and that’s when payment came into play. If you want to speak on contracts your contract explicitly states if any payments are missed in first 60 days without prior approval you will repossess car immediately and car will not be returned until full amount is paid. Why has that not taken place because there was an agreement and because she is in her feelings because I spoke on my honest experience my agreement is now null and void. Let’s go a step further spitting is a form of assault if this was reported to JSO that I spit on you why was I not arrested? I urge you to post the unaltered video of the whole interaction I dare you! Matter fact post it on FB and tag me @LexiLove I bet we never see that video because I never spit on any one. It’s also hard to yell something out the window as I’m pulling off if all the windows were up and we’re never rolled down which I’m pretty sure the video would also support. This alone proves you are a liar and the truth is not in you!! I’m glad I had a witness with me I’m also glad I spoke with the two officers that showed up!!! I also watched them pull off and leave YOU NEVER SPOKE WITH JSO! Remember you said you needed to go get your kids and I was stopping you because I made you stay up there an hour longer than you planned to because I wouldn’t move my car until you gave me an unexpired tag. You finally gave in because you wanted to leave and gave me what I needed after an hour which I had told you the hold time just give me my tag and I will leave!!!
