When we walked in around 7 pm after a 45-minute drive from Georgia to trade in her previous car, Tom immediately recognized her, greeted us warmly by name, and made us feel instantly welcome. The process went well past closing time due to out-of-state paperwork, but neither Tom nor the finance manager (whose name I didn't catch) ever rushed us. They stayed until around 10:05 pm (2 hours past close) happily finishing everything for us. The team showed outstanding professionalism and warmth, keeping things light with jokes and reassurance. The entire purchase was remarkably easy and stress-free, with clear explanations and transparent financing—no pressure, just honest guidance. Tom and the finance manager truly went above and beyond. Thanks to their dedication, we are now lifetime customers and will definitely return to this Jacksonville location. The price is what it is no waiting stalling talking to different sales people either you like the price or not. This is definitely the way to shop for cars.
