I do not have enough great things to say about this place. With Eddie’s help, I bought my first car here. The price was exactly as advertised, I did not feel pushed or haggled in the slightest, and we got a great deal! No hidden fees, seamless and quick purchase, and Eddie was not only knowledgeable throughout the whole process, but is also very kind. Highly recommend this place the people here!!
I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep grand Cherokee from Eddie at Capitol motors. 2 days after our purchase we had a few issues. we contacted him and he immediately took the vehicle back and made the repairs needed at no cost to us. He was extremely good with us and quick to make things right. We r very grateful to him and definitely buy from him again.
Went to capitol motors thinking I was going to pay a high car note but left with a low car note and a Great deal on a SUV the experience was refreshing and easy … the staff was great and my family has more room in the backseat especially with a little one on the way… great quality car nice and clean. Due to past experience I was hesitant about the purchase but EDDIE made it simple so if your looking for a nice ride please visit and let Eddie help you
I had a great experience purchasing my new-to-me car here. The entire process was quick, straightforward, and hassle-free. I really appreciated being treated with professionalism and respect throughout—no pressure, just helpful and honest service. The vehicle was exactly as described online, and there were no surprises when I arrived. Highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a smooth, transparent buying experience!
We bought my daughter a Red Honda Accord Sport 2021, and my daughter drove it for about a week, and then it started lighting up like a Christmas tree on the dashboard with all kinds of issues. As it turns out, a head gasket needed to be replaced on a 2021 Honda Accord. We did not take out any warranty because I thought, with it being a fairly new Honda Accord, I was good to go, but boy, I was very wrong. Mind you, all this took place before we even made the first payment on this vehicle. To say that I’m disappointed is an understatement; so is my daughter.
