I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had such a good experience with H2 Auto sales that I had to share! Aaron was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive from start to finish. Not only did they make the process smooth and easy, but it was also a pleasure connecting with them on a personal level—we even got to chat a bit about business and mortgages! This kind of service is rare, and I’m happy to give them a well-deserved five stars. Highly recommend!

Picked up a car from Aaron for my son and cannot recommend this place enough. No gimmicky sales moves, just an honest fair price and a good car. Highly highly recommend

At first he was pretty nice and understanding. He met my budget for me but then once I brought the car. After 1 month and an half my engine was done. We asked multiple times was this a reliable car because I am a college student, away from home. He was saying yes it is. But when I broke down on one of the busiest roads in Tallahassee it was “I’m so sorry to hear that. Even though the car was sold very cheap at $2500 it definitely had no known issues at the time I sold it to you. Again, i’m sorry to hear that it had issues for you.” - his exact words. AND Basically telling me on the phone that that’s what I get for a car that cheap. Now I have to start all over. All of my college savings GONE DOWN THE DRAIN. I really wish he could’ve gave me more options or anything. I would’ve been happy to hear that he could’ve gave at least finance a car for me with a low down payment or anything. But he basically said not his issue anymore. So please don’t buy from this man. I’d hate for you to have the exact same issues that I did.

I can do a review now that my current situation is over. Let me start by saying Aaron is a great person, and he tries to work with you the best he can. He has some good cars presented on the lot; however, I wasn't successful at obtaining a decent car. I purchased my car on April 07, 2025, and I made it clear that I wanted to obtain a good car because I didn't want to be without a car for another year. I took a mechanic with me and everything checked out good from appearance and test dribing wise, but it said on the car mechanic computer, it needed a catyliac converter soon, which was fine. My only problem is I paid the full amount of my car in cash and now I'm out of a car as of April 29th....I had two red flags that happened before the car went out but the buyer guide says as is...I won't go into details except the last flag happened to be my car caught fire in my yard and I didn't know what to do but cry because that was 6,900 I didn't have to throw away and now I'm back at square one with that being my last dime I had to obtain a car. I will say don't take a mechanic that goes by just the book. Take a mechanic that street wise as well. Understand the buyers guide is just that, and it's trial and error at every dealership. Aaron is a sweet person and he only gives you information that he knows about the car so please make sure you have a great mechanic and that you ask aaron can you test the car for more than one day. If you're buying it cash, the car is as it is it's not getting fixed. If you have something wrong, it and you say you're buying it. If it's financed and you find a problem, it can be sorted (fixed) before you pull off the lot. I gave it 3 stars because I love the person Aaron is, but for my car, it's a no I'm without a vehicle once again and I now without my job in Tampa.
