Third update: called Sean i have been trying to reach him for months. I’m not sure who the owner is but i need to speak with that person. I originally bought a vehicle which included a transfer tag and after his staff requesting for the wrong tag he has informed me i have to now pay 300 plus for a new tag because his staff didn’t request for the right one. I am 9 months pregnant and this company has been nothing but nasty to me. From giving out my job information to telling me it was my fault the vehicle didn’t start after two days because the chip fell out which Sean informed me was my fault. This is a horror movie. Worst dealership I’ve dealt with unprofessional and if your late (thankfully i have not been) I’ve seen they will repo your vehicle vs any other company giving grace periods etc. i highly encourage anyone dealing with bad credit or needing a vehicle fast to explore your options before getting having to deal with such a terrible money hungry company.

I was going to deal with this place but after talking to the gentleman in the office I could smell scam. I believe the one-star review now. Call for price? When you do, they don't answer the phone. The specs on the trucks are wrong. I wasted my time considering this dealer.

If I could give a zero star I would!! This dealer purchase cars from the auction and charges customers double the price he paid. Mr Craig is a scammer!! He purchased a non running vehicle from the auction. He sold the vehicle to me for 15,000 cash money! The auction provided me paperwork that stated the car has a mechanical issue that wasn’t fixable. He brought the vehicle from the auction put a battery new tires and cleared the check engine code and sold it to me. When I test drove the vehicle I noticed mechanical issues and they ensure they would fix them. When I came to purchase the vehicle they stated the issues was fixed. I drove the vehicle off the lot the same day all hell broke loose!! Check engine lights, RSC codes came on, windows didn’t roll down.. car drives all over the road still. I took car back and of course it’s as it so now I am out of money trying to fix the lemon he SOLD me!! The starter was trash I had to pay him almost $300 fix the starter. The car keeps cutting off!! He cleared the codes on the car and the abs modular needs to be replaced. He said he replaced it but the part is off fleet meaning ford no longer sell the part. The part is nowhere to be found. I took the car to ford and ford couldn’t fix it. Mr Craig claimed he fixed it well why the lights are on and stating RSV service now. Also ford said it needs to be replaced. Now it has been 30 days I still didn’t receive my title information. I had the car for 30 days and only have driven the car less than 300 miles. The tag was expiring on the vehicle. I contact Craig and stated that I don’t understand why I am waiting for a tag when I have one. He stated he would go to the dmv on 3/27. On 3/26/24 he wrote me back and said I got the tag come pay me 201.00. I asked him why am I paying 201.00 when I already have a tag . He said take it up with the dmv. So I called the dmv the tag he paid cost him $125.00. He wouldn’t tell me where the other charges are coming from. I am in the process of suing this guy !!! The dmv will also be looking into this matter! So be aware some of these reviews on google are lies . Craig is the owner and look he posted a review pretending to be a customer. Be aware they are scammers. That as is warranty is a trick!!! They will sell you a half running car for you to come to them to get what’s already broken fixed and you have to pay.
