Listen, Mr. Bishop is no joke me and my brother have gotten turned down by many dealerships before going to this one and ended up with a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. No matter your circumstances he will get you approved and try his hardest to do so to make his customers happy. Not only that, he’s very customer friendly and will make you feel very welcomed. The only reason they get two stars is because my car salesman genuinely wanted the best for me, he just works there and it’s not his fault any of this happened. I was first approved for a car. However when i got there my only options were two vehicles. I ended up getting a 2011 Dodge Nitro. I will list every problem with the vehicle here when they sold it: Right bright light out, back tail light out (mind you they did not fix this before i drove off the lot and it was nighttime so i could’ve gotten pulled over), it didn’t have a middle console, the air conditioning did not get cold, you can’t listen to music in the vehicle, one of the tires was a way smaller size than the rest and the tires were worn out bad. They gave me the car dirty as well. With no gas in it at all. Also told me to get an oil change within a week and made the excuse “every car place tells you do get an oil change within a week” um no? that’s not normal lol. When i woke up and drove the car the next day it started skipping, making a loud noise and wouldn’t go over 20 MPH. I didn’t even make it out the neighborhood. I turned it off and turned it back on and dropped it right back off. They then tried to drive the car and told me nothing was wrong with it. I don’t know why he thought driving it with me was going to change my mind, but i had to tell them multiple times i need a refund. They genuinely tried to force me to keep the car. I made my stance clear and he was trying to take $400 from my refund saying he needs to pay the commission of the car salesman. Why? He didn’t sell a car. They took that car straight from an auction and didn’t fix it up AT ALL. Different sized tires is diabolical work. When i tried to get insurance on the car the company rejected the dealership saying their cars are too messed up to get insurance on. I ended up getting a refund but he still took $200 and said “my employee stayed until 8pm for you” ???? Sir your employee constantly tried to coerce me into coming later I said in the messages that i’ll come on saturday that was his choice lol. Yea that’s my experience. Go to Cars and Credit y’all they actually sell good cars for a way lower down payment. At castle, I applied for a car that was the same exact price at the lemon they sold me. However he said he wouldnt sell it to me because the mileage is low which makes the car valuable. Then why are you selling it for the same price as the lemon you sold me?😭Please do not come here.

In my opinion, this dealership is very unprofessional and uses fast-talking sales tactics that can make customers feel pressured and misled. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle here do thorough research before signing anything. After purchasing my vehicle, I experienced serious concerns that made me question whether proper maintenance and inspections were ever completed before the sale. I feel like important issues with the car were not properly addressed, which has caused unnecessary stress and financial burden. I was also unhappy with the finance/payment company associated with the dealership. The representatives were rude, disrespectful, and not helpful when trying to discuss concerns or payments. Customer service should be professional and respectful, especially when dealing with hardworking people making large financial commitments. Another concern I had was being charged unexpected fees, including what was described as a “no license fee,” which I had never heard of before. Some of the charges and practices raised serious concerns for me and made the entire process feel dishonest and unfair. Overall, this experience left me feeling taken advantage of rather than valued as a customer. I hope this review encourages others to carefully review all paperwork, ask questions, and report any suspicious practices to the appropriate agencies if necessary. I pray that more transparency and accountability come to businesses that take advantage of hardworking people. Been having problems with my car since I got it they I don’t recommend run 🏃 do no not go to this place
