Terrible Uhaul drop off experience. Avoid at all costs. Called previous day to see what would happen in the event of being a bit late to drop off a Uhaul rental. Was told it would be no problem and no fees would occur. Only for a bait and switch to be had the day when, due to traffic, the truck was 30 mins late. Was charged a whole days rental for 30 minutes, after being assured that nothing of the sort would happen the day prior. Awful business and terrible customer service. Seriously avoid the scammers.

My homegirl purchased a 2013 Nissian Pathfinder 3rd row seat priced at around 8k on the papers but paid $4900 out the door. He was very fresh and flirty. He will lie and say it’s not him or they don’t have anyone working that does that. But it’s him and it’s only 2 desk in the office which one isn’t occupied. We were very excited to buy this car. The transmission started slipping the minute it got out on the road not even a hour drive away. When we called him he said “things happen and he cannot control those things. Car is sold as is and won’t give any money back”. Contacted him a day later his solution was come get another car and the price would be 4-5k more that would be owed. The transmission completely went out around the second week of having the car. Got stuck on cassat Ave resulting into a $200 tow. When I called him and told him he knew the car was bad he denied having any knowledge. Car is now in the shop and has been estimated $2000 to fix. Parts and labor. Do not and I repeat do not waste your time, your money and stay clear of this man. I knew something was wrong when I never Hurd of this carlot but my friend thought she found a nice car. Now her and her 4 children are stuck at home and will be out of 2000$ will be filing a claim for the time, money and suffering that has been endured. Be dumb and shop there. My google reviews are verified and have had over 4500viewer I am known locally as well. His reviews seem good until you click and see he’s tried to get rid of the bad reviews!!!

I called in to inquire about their Broker services. I asked simple questions about their deposit costs, transaction fee, etc. (very normal questions). I was met with a person who cut me off to just tell me “You can go on our website to register and read. It’s up to you to read our terms and conditions.” When I attempted to say “It should be understandable customer service to answer a few general questions for a potential customer” I was cut off again with “You can go read them, thank you have a nice day” and I was hung up on.
