No Problem Auto Sales

I saw their add on Facebook and decided to apply. The next day I spoke with Sean who invited me to come look at the vehicle I wanted. I met Sean and Matt and they are so cool. Friendly would be an overstatement...very welcoming and professional. They did whatever they had to in order for me to get the vehicle I wanted. The process was very easy and Sean walked me through it step by step while Matt worked on a deal for me. Overall my experience was a 10. They go hard and I appreciate them. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them. With me they have a long term customer and FRIEND. Thanks Sean and Matt 💜

Everyone there was great with customer service. When i first entered the door everyone greeted me by name and made me feel right at home. Sean and Ken both did an amazing job, Sean picked out the perfect car for me and ken made sure i rode off with it. I would recommend ANYONE looking for a vehicle to start here. They won't let you down.

I believe I posted the day I got my 2106 Kia Sedona on facebook, with all smiles believing I had a great vehicle. How wrong was I! In a month the engine blew so we took it back to the dealership as they promised they would fix it. We went about a month without a vehicle, complaining, until they loaned us one of their cars that looked like a death trap (smoking, tapping, engine light on). The next day we brought it back and they switched it out for a Dodge Ram that had the bumper missing. for another 3 months we held that vehicle until pulled over and receiving tickets for windows being tinted too dark. Carlos gave a letter that would dismiss them.. but we still had the original issue at hand.. my van had yet to be fixed despite promises and many ignored calls. They then requested their truck back and Carlos told us he would pay the rest of the lease owed on the vehicle off, so we had nothing left to worry about. I had also just made a payment to the loan company that he agreed to pay back to me because I did not have the van. we thought it was a case closed type of deal. well... 2025 rolls around and I'm beign sued because apparently Carlos just may not have kept his word on paying off the loan. Its so much happening at once and its all because i trusted the smiling faces that played on my ignorance pertaining to these matters. My thing is... where's the morality? These people know whats up the majority of the time and all of them feed you lies just to make a quick dollar they probably wont even have tomorrow. i drove that van one month. i made every payment necessary until the vehicle was no longer in my posession. then I made one last payment as I drove what they did provide temporarily.. the truck (and even that was a hassle! they only moved because we caught the bus there everyday!). It says the business is inactive now.. the building is definitely not theirs anymore. but I want closure.. and everything thats due back to me. please and thank you.

I would think twice before going to this dealer have my car within 3 months has some issues you have to watch out really for Sean he makes a lot of promises and say that he's there for any issues that you'll have with the car and it was all a lie. Every time I try to call him text him you don't want to respond just very unprofessional all they want you to haul in and grab the car take you're down payment and whatever happens after that it's on you best to go to a real dealer you can't deal with these people they just try to take from you I'll make sure everybody knows this every month I'll be making a review on Sean don't trust them. Please people if you don't want your identity stolen don't go there. They use my husband Reference and job to give to someone else. And gave plates for them to. They thought we wouldn't find out. Had to make police report on them. They are Fraud and fraudulent. Very sad what people would do for commissions

My mom purchased a 2016 Nissans Maxima from here. They lied about fixing issues and here it is 9 months in my AC compressor has went out. They rigged up paystubs and I am calling the finance company to tell what they did. They are all liars especially Sean. He did not keep his word on none of the promises he made. I will never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them. They only want money and nothing else
