I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this dealership, and I want to give a special shoutout to Erica for going above and beyond in every way possible. From the moment we arrived, she made the entire process feel welcoming, comfortable, and completely stress-free. Buying a car can usually feel overwhelming, especially if you’re unsure about the steps or worried about making the wrong decision, but Erica changed that completely for us. She was extremely honest, patient, and very friendly throughout the whole experience. She took the time to walk us through every single detail step by step and made sure we fully understood everything before moving forward. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how much effort she put into making sure we had no unanswered questions or concerns. She genuinely cared that we felt confident and comfortable with our decision. She also helped us a lot with things that usually feel complicated and stressful, including setting up insurance, handling financing, and making sure all the paperwork was clear and properly explained. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and it honestly felt like she was there to help us more than just “make a sale.” The whole experience was exactly what buying a car should feel like—transparent, easy, and supportive from start to finish. I found my amazing car! And I can’t be more happy! I’ve been looking for months now and I walked out with my Ford Fusion 2008 yesterday. Tony was amazing and made my car shopping experience the best! Tony was amazing to work with. He quickly answered all of my messages about the vehicle whenever I asked. I was able to take my time test driving the vehicle by myself and was able to complete all of the paperwork and close the deal within 30 minutes. This was unlike any other dealership experience I’ve had before!

Can’t recommend them enough!!! They are a great group of people and wonderful customer service experience I got exactly what I was looking for and I can’t be more pleased with how its held up over time. Tony was helpful with finding me the perfect car within my budget. I can't wait until 02-13-2025 to pickup my 2013 VW CC from them.

Deal and everything went great. Everyone was nice and helpful of course because they wanted to sell the car. I am not saying it’s competitive their fault because we didn’t do our part and didn’t have the car checked by professional, but for whatever reason we just believed them that the car was fine. One month an half later we found out by gas smell and Hyundai dealership that the car is all rusted on the bottom (pipes, gas’s tank….) and can’t be fixed because the pets no longer exist. When I contacted them they told me to do exactly the same thing they did to us and that is to posit it around tax season and put the mileage on and because it has low mileage someone will buy it quick. But so don’t have the heart to do this to someone else. We paid $5800 and the car is done in less than 2 month. It’s not safe to drive for anyone. I just want to aware people to do they part and have professional check the car in any dealership they go to and the car is used, because apparently these dealership just make sure the engine and transmission is good but don’t really worry about other stuff. I am not blaming them for selling me bad car I am blaming us for not doing our part. I am giving two stars because I have to give them credit for nice pleasant service while selling the car.
