I highly recommend Auto Line for their honest, respectful, knowledgeable sales staff and even the finance officer John was a pleasure to work with. :) They provide CarFax on their vehicles so you have the history. I saw that my Hyundai Sonata had received minor damage in the past. When I asked they provided a list of everything they had addressed in their 120-point inspection. Jeremy Lane was my amazing salesperson. I asked him to ride with me on the test drive and he was so NOT pushy - it was a pleasure. As a single woman I felt I could trust him. Auto Line offered Allstate extended warranties which I wanted. They took my worn-out trade-in and handled the transfer of tags so I didn't have to sit in the DMV. Love that! Auto Line will be my first choice when I need another car and I have given their name out already. So very happy!

My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing our first family vehicle at Autoline. We worked with Nick and he did an excellent job following up with us and setting up vehicles to test drive. The laid back environment was refreshing in every way, and they allowed us to drive one of the vehicles to a shop to be inspected! From start to finish, we felt cared for and our best interest at heart. Our time was honored, and our first car buying experience was smooth and seamless. Hugeeee shoutout to Jeremy! He laid out every possible option for me and my family. Beyond easy to communicate with via text or call, he would get back ASAP with a solution. I told him what I wanted and what I have to put forward and he made it happen, no doubt! When starting this process I truly thought I couldn’t get a car. I just knew I needed something reliable for Me, dad and the kiddo to get around. Service department addressed any questions I had about future maintenance and Jeremy was ready to back us up. Autoline has provided service to my family for many years, and I officially understand it’s not just about the sale to them! Jeremy, I request a new set of 4 matching tires ‘Continental’ from you and Autoline Preowned aka Auto Line Inc. to be installed asap. I am deeply disappointed with the service from Jeremy and Branden I got on March 14, 2026 from Autoline Preowned. While they were polite in person, they were dishonest regarding the condition of the 2020 GLC 300. They verbally assured me the car had no accidents and was in good shape, yet they consistently failed to provide the Carmax report I asked for multiple times. More importantly, they sold me a car with an unsafe, mismatched set of tires—one front tire is a 'Malvis' brand while the other three are ‘Continental’, putting my safety at risk. Verbally Jeremy said that you have good condition matching Continental set of 4 tires. No need to change them soon like 2-3 years, he did not know the correct tread depth and no measurements when i asked though. Furthermore, the engine was overfilled with oil, requiring a return visit. Colin was trying to convince me not to drain the oil and drive with the message alert. I insisted him to drain 0,2 of oil and while i was driving home the engine light appeared. Next day Colin checked the failed codes and never showed me any saying that historical codes disappeared. I called Jeremy on Apr04 again and he promised me to replace the tire from Malvis to all 4 Continental, remove the smoke odor(he also verbally answered my question regarding the odor that it’s not a smoking car when i was buying it by myself and relying on their honest assistance), provide the Carmax report(Branden ‘printed’ something for me but never given it to me with all the purchase docs). I am currently waiting for a full set of 4 matching Continental tires to be installed and for them to honor their commitments. I hope they fix these dangerous mistakes. Jeremy did not tell me why the front right tire is Malvis, not Continental, but he knows that different tires can damage the transmission, and him personally and Autoline Preowned business broke the government’s regulations buy selling me a car with different tires and being dishonest with me
