I just love my new E350 that I purchased sight unseen except in photos. I live in Maryland and asked my realtor in Florida to find me a car for when I came down in winter months from up north. He called a couple of weeks ago and said he found the car I was looking for. Eric at Primary Auto Mall was great and handled everything for us from start to finish. We picked up car last week and actually drove back to Maryland and it did great even when we hit snow. Love, love, love my new used Mercedes Benz from Primary Auto Mall!!

I appreciated the variety of cars available and the opportunity to test drive. However, the process felt a bit slow, especially when it came to final paperwork and delivery updates. The car itself was in good condition and met my expectations. With better organization and faster service, the experience could be improved.
