I had recently bought a truck and it had a ton of issues I called them and talked to them and they said bring it back and we will make it right! Anyways I drove off that lot that day with a new vehicle and credited me for the payment I already paid! Anyways driving away in my new Silverado

Bought a truck from Lantern Motors not even a month ago. When truck was sold to me i was told it had a fresh oil change, filter, and they sent the truck down the road to Chilled Auto Service to get the brakes done because they recommend them to be done. I was happy because the service seemed great and our sales guy; Edger, seemed very nice. I know my truck is used and isnt going to be perfect, but i noticed a noise and bump which was getting louder when i back up..if you look at the pictures i posted you will see a bolt is missing on the driver side front caliper and a brake line is held in place with electrical tape and a bunji cord. This noise and bump ive been hearing was the caliper moving back and forth when i would back up. And upon closer inspection, about 10% of the pads were left. No brake job was done here. Yesterday i checked the oil after have driven 500 miles since i bought the truck and seemed pretty thin so i did my own oil change..this truck takes 10 qts of oil and Id say 5-6 qts of old black thin oil came out of the pan. So why would i post this? Because our sales guy wont answer or return our calls and i remember him saying he cares about his reputation. Watch out for these guys! Thanks Edgar! BTW that $20k mustang upfront is missing an intake pipe between the supercharger and manifold.. 🤦‍♂️

Idk really if I would give it a star review..but i definitely got a headache from buying a car from here from arguing for 3 weeks for them to fix my transmission that went out 2 days after I bought it..or from them sending my loan elsewhere and trying to pocket the payments I already paid..so if you want to make a 5k down payment and have them keep your car in the shop with no rental and the run around about fixing it and screw up your loan go for it but if I were you I wouldn’t even bother..

Worst dealership in Lee county by far! Bought a 2017 Audi please stay away from that dealership and the Audi if you buy it it’s gunna work only for 2 months I have proof please guys stay away from them they will tell you, you didn’t have any guarantee this dealership is a trash,stealing people money.
