I got my car from them about 6/7 months ago. Kevin. Jesmerie hopefully I spelled her name right. But they are really good people. I had a small issue in the beginning they did not hesitate to cover the mechanic cost for my car. Very helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend anyone to come there .
I See bad reviews honestly don’t know why Kevin Jason and jesmarie are some of the best people when it comes to buying cars. I got a ram 1500 from them and was very pleased with it even though I had issues with my truck later on down the line They were very happy to resolve the issue. Nothing major as far as the issues but they were resolved…. Definitely recommend
Very good customer service . Love Kevin and jazmarie . Auto Rama is the best dealer !!!
Best car dealer-ship me and my husband ever been to. Jezmarie was very professional & got us approved for the vehicle we wanted and the process did not take long i definitely recommend 🙂
!!!!!! ATTENTION Attention don't buy any cars at this car lot all there cars are auction clunker trash dumps, sold me and my wife a clunker car that kept falling apart every week harassed us for months for payments, tire popped off every week and they don't care, finally the tire popped off on the highway along with the bolts on the tire almost flipping the car on the highway close to being a rollover crash, and did they try to help me fix it or at least asked were we okay nope, just let my car sit at a tire shop for 2 days just to pay for it to get sent to the junk yard, now I'm out of cash and a car thanks to this lousy dealership I wish it was way I could sue this guy's for my money back or at least half of it because I feel robbed, only had the car for less then 5 months. And yeah I got the car February 2/24/2026 they fixed the tire rod on the car inproperly for free I mean hey why not I only had the car for 3 days when the whole tire rod broke and the tire popped off the first time, which caused my car to have a bad alignment ripping my tire Everytime I drove it and for the last 5 months I purchased tires thanking it was ok but it wasn't it was just making the tire rods worser because under the car was already badly snow rusted without my knowledge untill I purchased the car then got told Ive Been told about it which was a lie, and yeah since I got the car on 2/24/2026 the tire popped off every week asked them for help and they told me they couldn't help me all within a 4 month span don't get cars from this dealership you will regret it IVE BEEN TO 100S OF DEALERSHIP IN THE WHOLE 239 AREA FOR 20 YEARS AND I NEVER DEALT WITH A SITUATION LIKE THIS BEFORE NEVVVVVVVER IN MY YEARS OF BEING BORN AND RAISED HERE NEVER
