The most pleasant car lots I've every visited and I mean everyone. Quinton our sales person was aw very pleasant and wonderful to talk to. Our finance guy explained everything in detail and made us fell like family. This place has what the others are missing......service!

I was treated very good here. Had issues with electrical dash readings. Also, my phone wasn't charging. Cassidy checked me in and was so friendly and nice to hear my concerns. She got all parts priced as needed for my vehicle. Explained all our in detail. She is a fabulous gal. I did talk to Matt a charming used car appraiser. Not ready for different vehicle but had to see options for the future. I will come back here! Coming from Crystal River visiting family six times a year. This dealer met all my expectations loved that!

I just went in for a scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. I had already made an appointment, they were quick, kept me updated, very friendly and efficient. I had service visits but it was a good situation.

Wouldn't let me see or get a used truck, wanted only to sell me a brand new one that I could only afford if I quit eating. I specifically said do not run a hard inquiry on my credit, but of course without my permission they ran a hard check without my permission ,

I stopped by to get a real monthly payment for leasing Ioniq5. I gave all term and condition for that to "sales advisor". According his badge he was from Daytona Beach. He wrote down all my wishes, left for 15 minutes. When he came back he gave me nothing. No figures at all. After that he started to calculate something and finally gave me $1347 as a monthly payment. I was shocked because I clearly told him that I needed LEASE. Zero positive reaction. So my question how you selling cars? It looks like you are playing in bad game with customers. How I can make a decision if you can not give me the price? Really disappointed.
