Unfortunately, My experience with Jonathan in the finance department was by far the worst part of buying my vehicle. He was extremely pushy, had an unprofessional attitude, and made the entire process feel uncomfortable. Instead of taking the time to answer questions and explain my options, he acted impatient and came across as if I was inconveniencing him. He was also disrespectful toward my dad, who was there helping me through the purchase. Rather than treating him with basic courtesy, Jonathan’s tone and attitude were dismissive and rude, which made the situation even more frustrating and unnecessary. Customer service and professionalism go a long way, especially in a finance role where people are making major financial decisions. Unfortunately, Jonathan’s attitude completely overshadowed what was otherwise a great buying experience. If management is reading this, I strongly recommend addressing how customers are treated in the finance office. No one should feel pressured or disrespected while completing such an important purchase.

Jeremy was AMAZING ! I would recommend him to any and everyone walking through those doors. He communicates and does all he can to make sure you have the best experience. I purchased out of state and he made my process so smooth. And the manager Hunter is second to none. He is such a leader and a man of his word. Bought a 2024 Ford Maverick from Christian Miller and couldn’t be happier with how everything went. He was easy to work with, never pushy, and kept me updated the whole time.
