I went to several dealerships looking for a specific vehicle. Motor nation happened to have one. The experience here was vastly different than the others. No pushing, no rushing, no bad mouthing other dealerships, no common annoying sales tactics. Lewis and Jay were patient, answered my MANY questions and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them both! I am very happy with my new car!
overall had a pretty good experience with motor nation llc they definitely worked with me and jumped through some hoops to get the deal done and i appreciate that the vehicle has been running great so far so no complaints there only thing that didn’t sit right with me is i was told the warranty was through the lender and would help my approval which just wasn’t true it ended up being a third party thing and felt kinda misleading good car and they did put in effort just wish they were more straight up about that part. Although it could have been the wording of the situation and my mistake of understanding, I was very attentive and was asking questions specifically about the warranty. I also did end up cancelling the warranty through the lender because of this. But that process was straightforward.
