Chelsey at Lee Auto Group was very professional and personable. She helped me work through the financing application before leaving town and had the car pulled up and helped us work through all the switches, knobs etc. Manny was very efficient w the finance paperwork and tbey both stayed late since a storm had previously knocked out computers and had made a queue to work through. The van was all we had hoped for. Great first sale Chelsey.

I initially stopped by the dealership a few weeks ago after seeing a vehicle on AutoTrader.com. At the time, I was just beginning my search and still had several other vehicles to look at that day. Aaron was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from the moment I arrived. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered my questions, and never made me feel pressured. When I mentioned that I was also helping my 85 yo mother-in-law shop for a vehicle, he thoughtfully pointed out several options that might fit her needs as well. Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle for myself, about a week later we brought my mother-in-law in to test drive a few vehicles. Aaron was just as attentive and helpful, taking the time to show her several options until she found one she liked. Since it was a Saturday, we were able to complete all of the paperwork, but had to wait until Monday for the bank to open so she could obtain a cashier's check. Aaron went above and beyond by picking her up on Monday, taking her to the bank, and then bringing her back to the dealership to finalize everything. The entire experience was friendly, professional, and completely pressure-free. Aaron's exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. I would highly recommend working with him if you're looking for a vehicle.

We had a very good, easy experience buying our car here. Our salesman Randy was wonderful, as was the whole staff. They made what I thought might be difficult super easy. I would definitely recommend Lee Auto Group to anyone looking to buy a car and wanting an easy, hassle free experience. Thank you guys and I’m loving my car!

Aaron was very helpful. He was quick to make sure I got the best insurance deal and everyone else made sure I was able to leave with the car and monthly payment I was looking for!

I really hate editing this review in such a way because clear communications could have avoided all this. As you can see in the review I left below we had a good day and bought a car we like. Leading up to the purchase I had called about an advertised special. Once they added all of their dealer fees along with tax tag and title to the price It was too much. I let them know that $3,000 more than the advertised price on an $11,000 car was not a deal I was willing to make. I was actually at the bank getting the money to go buy another car when Shannon called me unsolicited and gave me a price of $12,400. I asked him point blank right then did that include everything? He said Yes it did. No surprises or hidden charges once we got there. I made him swear to that over the phone before we changed our mind and drove to Fort Myers from Venice to buy this car. Fast forward to today. It's been 32 days since we bought the car and I called to find out where our tag was. That's when I was told that we had a balance of $390 to pay before they would send it. And I'm pretty much over a barrel because I can't even get an appointment with the DMV for another month. So here we are driving a car with an expired tag and have to give them another $390 to get a tag when it was clearly negotiated as part of the price. They may have had us sign something saying different but we signed our name a hundred times that day. I'm sorry but this was dishonest. Maybe they were trying to be honest about it, maybe it was just an oversight, maybe it was miscommunication. But I am not happy with them. Go there and look at a car if you want but just know they're going to hold your tag hostage. I dropped the review to two stars from five because this has really made me bitter on what was the otherwise a good transaction. When someone asked you if this is the entire price and there will be no other charges and you say yes that's what they expect you to live up to. Lee Auto group did not live up to it this time. We had a great day buying another car for our fleet with Kyle Brown and Shannon. I have bought a few cars and boats in my day and I don't think I have had a more easygoing and no hassle buying experience. These guys deliver what is advertised...(My original review went on for a couple of more sentences but this is the spot where it needed to be cut off because they did not deliver what was agreed upon).
