When you go talk to Rodney Hanna...he is knowledgeable, pleasant and willing to help as much as he can. I love my Maroon 2013 Honda CRV. I've had it for almost a month now...so far so good! There was a $200 fee that wasn't mentioned at first, it was a little disappointing (due to the lender I had to use cause of my credit). Go see them... my experience was good with the dealer.

I bought my 2008 Toyota Camry from United Auto Sales in March 2026. From the start I had a great experience, I could tell they actually service their vehicles and make sure they are road ready and safe to drive. Goes a long way and I am loving my Camry. If you want a reliable used car I would definitely recommend this dealer.

I was so excited to buy my first car for myself and my babies. After reading the positive reviews, I decided to visit United Auto because I had already found the vehicle I wanted online and was ready to pay cash. During the test drive, we noticed a noise coming from the brakes. We immediately informed the owner, Mr. Jim, when we returned to the dealership. He assured us that the issue would be taken care of before we picked up the vehicle. We picked up the car on Wednesday. By Friday, I noticed the same brake noise again, but it was too late in the day to contact the dealership. I waited until Monday and went back in person. I was very disappointed with the response I received. I was told the noise was “normal” and that it was probably because inexpensive aftermarket brake pads or rotors had been installed, and that genuine brand parts would likely eliminate the noise. What concerns me is that this was never disclosed before I purchased the car. If I had been told cheaper parts were being used, I would have gladly paid the difference for quality parts to have peace of mind. Instead, I was assured the issue had been fixed. As a mother, safety is my biggest priority. The noise is especially noticeable when reversing, and being told it’s “normal” doesn’t give me confidence. To make matters worse, I was informed that this isn’t covered under my warranty, so now I have to take the car to a Mazda dealership and pay out of pocket to have it inspected and repaired. Overall, I’m disappointed because I trusted that the concern I raised before purchasing the vehicle had been properly addressed. I hope this review encourages the dealership to be more transparent with future customers and to ensure repairs are completed properly before driving off.
