Checked out two RAM trucks. They brought them up front for us and had them running. Immediately I was having a great experience because I was out there with my wife alone, taking our sweet time comparing the trucks and doing our own inspection without anyone distracting us. We took one on a test drive, loved it and gave a deposit. Applied for financing and next business day we where good to go! Matt made this purchase so smooth and his communication was excellent. Very easy people to work with. Shamrock is on our radar for when we need another vehicle again.

I visited this dealership on June 11, 2026, between approximately 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM to browse their Mercedes inventory and gather some basic information about a few vehicles. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple and positive customer experience turned into one of the worst dealership interactions I have ever had. After approaching a staff member with a straightforward question, I was met with an unbelievable level of attitude, disrespect, and complete disinterest in helping a potential customer. As someone who frequently shops for vehicles and regularly visits dealerships throughout the East Windsor dealership area, I can honestly say this location consistently provides some of the worst customer service I have encountered. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that many of the employees appeared to be standing around with little to no customer interaction at the time, yet obtaining basic information felt like an inconvenience to them. Rather than being welcomed and assisted, I was made to feel as though my presence was a burden. This was not an isolated incident. Nearly every visit I have made to this dealership has resulted in a similar experience involving poor attitudes, lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for customer service. The only positive interactions I have had here have been with some of the younger employees, who were polite, respectful, and seemed to genuinely understand how to treat customers. The older sales staff, however, have repeatedly demonstrated the exact opposite. Their attitude alone has permanently discouraged me from ever considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. At this point, it would not matter how good the vehicle, deal, or promotion was—I would choose to take my business elsewhere. A dealership’s inventory may bring customers through the door, but customer service is what earns their business. Unfortunately, this dealership continues to fail in that regard. This was my final visit, and I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone expecting professionalism, courtesy, or basic respect.
