Car City LLC

We recently purchased a vehicle from Car City and could not be happier with the experience. Gus, the owner, truly stands behind the vehicles he sells and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. In addition, Cason, Wally, Evonne, and Hannah were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. Their customer service made the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend Car City to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers.

I did tons of research and decided on the kind of car I wanted. I found what I was looking for on Cargurus and that led me to Car City. I went in and asked about said vehicle, they let me test drive it and I put down a deposit to hold until the next day. The next day I went in with the rest of the money and finalized the sale. Altogether it only took about 15 minutes to finalize the sale and get the keys to the car. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. What I appreciated: They didn’t pressure me into something more expensive, they didn’t pressure me into financing and they were all very friendly and sweet. I believe the nice young man who helped me initially was named David. A very nice experience and I recommend them for anyone shopping for a vehicle!!

This dealership understands customer service and professionalism and will definitely get my repeat business!. Found a vehicle on Car Gurus that was located at Car City. Dealership was very responsive so went to see the car. It was immaculate both inside and out with 132k miles and priced to sell. The owner and his salesperson were very accommodating, letting me take the car to my mechanic for review. Upon initial inspection there were no issues so proceeded with the purchase of the car. After about 6 weeks car had a mechanical issue that was unknown to my mechanic and the dealer that would have been a very costly repair. The owner, Gus, had the issue fixed, with no hesitation and provided all documentation of the repair and parts. I highly recommend this dealership! They take care of their customers.

I had a great experience buying a Volvo here was in great shape and everybody was nice and down to business. Hannah is absolutely phenomenal and very patient, Wally was really helpful was able to set me up for an appointment immediately and have me test driving the car and purchasing it same day. Very smooth transaction, including leaving the rental car there and being able to drive home. Thank you guys! 🎉
