Stop and Drive Autos

Ed and Nour were absolutely phenomenal with our purchase process of a 2015 Audi A4 for my daughter. We test drive it and noticed an issue with an EPC light. (I'm a master tech at a local shop for over 20 years) I asked about it and stated that the window sticker is "sold as is" but Ed stated they would look into it. Sure enough we were going to pick up the car and they had it apart on the lift diving into the issue. (Miscommunication but no big deal. I'm happy they were looking into it, that saved me some headache.) A few days later they found the issue and reported they had ordered an original equipment part to repair it. It was safe to drive so we took it. My daughter made an appointment with them when the part came in and had it done. About a half hour. (Oil pressure switches, common issue on these). They're honest, trustworthy and have earned our business. Besides the one miscommunication (wrong place wrong time) they were always on top of letting us know what was going on with the car. My daughter has been driving it for awhile now and loves it. No more issues. I picked it up on a lift in my shop and it is very clean, tight and safe. We are both VERY happy with Nour (financing manager) and Ed (sales). Very laid back, not pushy at all, super relaxed. I might be in the market for a Volvo soon...

I've brought 2 vehicles nd soon to buy my 3rd They are great Og is rough around the edges but he is a teddy bear I enjoyed my experience with them my guy was Moe but Moe was hurt glad he is ok today but this place is a great place to get a car ....folks whom had bad experience you all need to realize it "As is' So u need to knw cars or have a mechanic they allow you to have ur mechanic take the care chk it So that's on u all I agree with Og do better research I will continue to send ppl nd go myself Thank you for. Excellent shopping and buying experience. Worked with both Ed and Nour and could not be happier. They got me into a vehicle that I love even though it was not the vehicle that led me to Stop and Drive. Great people. Would do business with them again.

I called this dealership to inquire about a car they had for sale, and from the moment the salesperson answered, it was all about how “great” the car was. When I tried to ask specific questions about the vehicle, the salesperson became visibly upset, spoke over me, and unprofessionally told me that I needed to look up the information on their website myself. The experience felt rushed and purely sales-driven, with zero interest in actually helping a potential customer. I would not recommend doing business here—they seem focused only on making a sale rather than providing proper customer service.
