Mohammed and his team worked with us. They didn't have to but we are now in a vehicle that we love and was in our budget. They didn't try to up sale, just worked with what we had. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Definitely using them again!

At first this place was cool they have a lot of affordable cars on their lot and they sell you on the 3 month warranty. I bought a car from them started out great. Within the first week I had problems with the car. Took it in to them cause again I'm well within my 3 month warranty, at first they gave me a spill of hey you bought a used car which is gonna have problems. Which yes I definitely understand that, but that's the point of the warranty right. I took my car to a shop to get diagnostic ran. They let me know everything that was wrong and I took it back to the dealership. They fix my shocks but I still had 2 belt issues that they did not fix. So I stopped back by there like 2 weeks later to get the warranty info so I can just go through them to get the 2 belts fixed. I was told by the owner that he couldn't find my warranty info and that when he finds it he would reach out to me..it's been 2 weeks since then and I have no email and haven't heard anything so now I have to go back. I wished I would have shopped around a Lil bit but I needed a car ASAP, and now I'm definitely regretting it. I would say definitely look at other places their prices are cheap but if something goes wrong they don't really want to help you out!

The staff is friendly. Aside from that, we had a horrible experience. We purchased a used car along with a warranty for the drivetrain. Within a week, we noticed a noise. They diagnosed it as an axle issue, and charged us for the part, claiming it was not part of the drivetrain (I invite anyone to Google that). They realized they misdiagnosed the problem. It was a problem with the differential, so they replaced that. In all, they had our car for 2.5 weeks during this first repair. The noise was gone for about two weeks, then returned just as bad as before. We took the car in, and they replaced the differential again. This time they had our car for 29 days! During both repairs, they were very difficult to reach. Half the time, no one answers the phone, and their voicemail is not set up. When they did answer and promised a callback, we rarely got a callback. We just found out from a different mechanic that the twice-repaired part is still damaged, about a month after the “repair.” They also said the mailman was skipping them, which is why we didn’t receive our paperwork in the mail until the dealer plates were about to expire. We had to call and specifically tell them to send it to us. At the DMV, we were informed Starlight did not collect all the necessary taxes and fees, so we were hit with hundreds of dollars in surprise registration fees. Communication was very poor, and the car has problems. The low prices are tempting, but I would recommend looking elsewhere.
