Car Castle LLC

Gentleman that helped me was awesome got everything taken care of in a timely manner working with me on the car pick up. Proves to be a all around good business. Thanks again car castle I'll keep the card and send my friend's!

Just bought a used car here. The two gentlemen working were incredibly easy to work with- they allowed us to bring in a 3rd party inspector, have the vehicle we were interested in looked over by someone we trusted, and when a small problem was found they immediately remedied it at no extra cost to us. There was no hassle, no rush, just excellent customer service. The vehicle we bought is in incredible shape and was well taken care of by Car Castle LLC. I am usually hesitant to give a full 5 star review on any car dealership but Car Castle LLC is different. Vehicle was priced fairly, came in excellent condition, and the customer service was incredible. I will be recommending Car Castle LLC to everyone I know. Buy local! WAY better experience here than any big, franchised dealership we went to in our search.

I recently purchased a car from Car Castle. The owner, Ray, and his associates are very helpful and friendly. The car I purchased had a bad battery, which was promptly replaced at no extra cost. They also offer a three month warranty. The car itself is in good condition, and the buying process was simple and smooth. I recommend checking them out in your car search!

Update 4/6/26: The owner's response contains several inaccuracies worth addressing. First, returning the vehicle to the same body shop that used duct tape and zip ties as structural repairs is not reassuring — it's the whole problem. If that shop is your trusted partner for safety issues, that tells us everything we need to know. Second, the Meineke mechanic who inspected the vehicle called it a "death trap" — not just a bumper issue. The rear differential was destroyed. This was not a cosmetic concern you could patch up after the fact. Third, test driving a vehicle is not acceptance. That's not how consumer protection works, and implying otherwise is misleading. Finally, claiming you "prioritize safety" while threatening to report the vehicle stolen when we refused to drive an unsafe car back to your lot is not the behavior of a business that prioritizes safety. It is the behavior of someone trying to avoid accountability. I stand by every word of this review. Buyers, please do your own independent inspection before purchasing from this dealer — and read the older reviews under the name Diamond Auto Sales. Original Review: Buyers beware: look up “Diamond Auto Sales” before doing business here. That was the previous name of this business until they changed names due to poor reviews. We recently took a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek from this dealer for an independent pre-purchase inspection. The mechanic found shocking “repairs” - melted duct tape, zip ties, and bent or broken undercarriage components - and deemed the vehicle unsafe to drive. So obviously, we weren’t going to drive it, let alone buy it. When we informed the owner, “Ray,” he took no accountability and blamed the Pueblo Police Department's titling process. We told him we did not feel safe driving the vehicle back and asked that he pick up the car directly from the mechanic across the street, he instead threatened to call the police and report it as stolen unless we returned it ourselves. The total disregard for safety and professionalism my family experienced was alarming. The problems with the car and the aggressive response reflect the same troubling patterns seen in older reviews under the dealership’s previous name, Diamond Auto Sales. If you value safety, honesty, and basic decency, do not buy from this dealership.

Staff were great however if you try to make a purchase with a debit card they try to charge you a fee. Which is prohibited under Colorado payment laws and guidelines section SB21-901. Fees on credit card purchases are allowed up to 2% of the total purchase but debit purchases are not.
