Best car buying experience ever!! Maria was amazing and patient while we went back and forth between like 3 different cars! We ultimately decided on the Dodge Caravan. It runs amazing and payments are low. She was upfront and honest about the condition of the car and everything. I didn't feel pushed or even rushed. She was also insistent that we test drive before buying so we 100% knew what we were buying!!! We will be coming back once this is paid off for another vehicle. Thank you Maria

We had such a great experience working with Gabriel Griffis! He was super helpful, informative, and never pushy which made the whole process stress-free. We ended up purchasing a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas and couldn’t be happier with it! Big thank you to Gabriel and the entire Driveasy team for making our car buying experience so easy and memorable. If you’re looking for your next vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Gabriel!

I had bought a 2016 Hyundai Veloster Turbo from this dealership about two months ago, and I know it had not been inspected fully before they put the vehicle on the lot. All four tires were rotted, which they replaced after my wife and I pointed it out as a safety hazard. The headlight was out, the washer fluid reservoir was busted, and there was a check engine light on when I purchased the vehicle. It appeared that the code had been cleared because after driving it a little bit, the check engine light came on. I brought this up to the BBB and the person who responded (more than likely the owner) basically called me a liar about the check engine code being cleared. And also said that the car was sold "as is" when I still have a 2 year powertrain warranty. I think the dealer might have been confused because the card in the window of my car said 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse instead of what my car actually was. On top of that, I had to take my vehicle immediately back to the dealership to tell them my check engine light was on, they scheduled me for appointments with their service center, who also made me wait until they were done with someone else's car. Even if I had a scheduled appointment with them at 9:00am, they wouldn't get my car in to even look at it until about two hours later, which I can only say is probably just poor time management. The first time they said the code reader was going off because of my catalytic converter sensors. They kept the car for a whole day, and told me that the sensors were just dirty, so they cleaned them off and sent some cleaner through the sensors. And the problem persisted. I had to take my vehicle in three times before they actually preformed a full diagnosis of the problem. The guy that was translating for the people in the service center was basically telling me that he never said that they didn't replace the sensors. Even though he said they weren't broken so he just cleaned them at first and then he replaced them after my next trip. Then they rescheduled me for a fourth and final trip after they diagnosed the vehicle for a bad catalytic converter. After picking up the car and it was fixed i asked for a list of the work completed on my car by the service center and the owner asked why my wife and I were "still hanging around" and also refused to give me a list of things that were done to my car for my records. In the conversation with the BBB, they evaded the service record for me as well as said that they covered the costs of everything done to my car. And yes, as you should because you didn't ensure the car was working properly before putting it on the lot. The catalytic converter had been a problem for two months for me and it happened the day that I bought the car from the dealership. I don't think any of the work done was out of professional courtesy by any means, and I don't believe this was a coincidence. The dealership is shady and they are avoiding any fault in any of this. Overall, I am very disappointed in my experience with the dealership. And I hope that nobody else has the idea of purchasing a vehicle from here.

I just bought a car from here and the check engine light came on after only having it 4 days when I took it in to the service center they said they had to charge me for diagnostics and leave my car with them leaving me without a car after I was told I wouldn’t be charged. I would also have to pay for the repairs. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful as was the finance lady. I would give the sales/finance team 5 stars but the service center I give 1 star

They seemed cool, the sales people had great customer service but the rest of this dealership?? SCAM they took a WEEK to get my mom into something then when they finally did the check engine light comes on for a simple gas cap malfunction. She only had the car for 4 days and want to charge her for barely any work that was wrong before it was even taken off the lot. And it’s not just one charge they want to charge for three different things. Look elsewhere cause they don’t really care about getting you in something reliable that you won’t have to dump more money into later.
