Diamond Auto Sales

I saw my vehicle online over the weekend and went in that Monday. I was there maybe two hours and was out with keys and my vehicle. The guys were pleasant and friendly. I felt great when I left and am loving my new ride. This was much better than what I experienced with two other auto dealers.

We had purchased a car from their Denver location for my husband about a year ago, so when it was time for our daughter to purchase a car we went back. The Denver location didn’t have anything my daughter wanted so we went to the Colorado Springs location. We were greeted with a nice sales person, able to answer all of our questions immediately, and was not pushy like you find in most “new car” dealerships. We were disappointed that the one car she wanted had just sold before we got there but was able to find another one. It was a tad out of her price range, but with a brief conversation with the sales team we were able to come to an acceptable compromise. My daughter absolutely LOVES her car! Absolutely will go back in the future if we are in the market for another vehicle.

We had a great experience finding a car for my niece! We reviewed the inventory within our price range prior to arriving which made the process extremely fast! We knew which car we wanted to look at when we got there, and knowing full well inventory moves fast we also had plan “B” and “C” selected as well. They were really fair on the price and worked with us to get it down to a point we were all comfortable with but without the super high pressure sales tactics factory dealerships use. I will definitely be looking for more cars with them in the future!

Very dishonest on the vehicle I was going to be looking at plus had some issues that were not mentioned. Was listed as a 2008 but was a 2005. Very deceptive

DON NOT BUY!!!! my car was in violation of multiple safety laws (which I discovered later), they fraudulently filed papers. Failed to obey legal disclosure laws. They fix the vehicle well enough to look good but a closer look and you'll find roofing nails holding your body together..if they are even there, my horn had actually been completely ripped out along with the wiring, repaired glass was not sealed properly, a wire from the radio interior had been cut out and removed. If you have any problems registering it, they make sure to not get a title to you for at least 8 weeks so you can't bring it back without a lawyer getting involved. And even then they will tell you they don't care and that the laws regarding auto sales " don't apply to us and we don't care if they did" their exact words. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! They seem nice enough but they are con artists and I'll admit, they got me good. Don't let them get you!!!!!
