Top shelf service. Great experience for me and my wife. The In and Out of dealerships. They respected my time. Took my 2018 Kia Stinger to Hilltop for service recall. Met Jerrid and asked him to show me around what Ford had to offer. Test drove the Bronco Sasquatch. Made friends with Jerrid. Saw the Raptor for the first time and drove home Saturday with the Raptor. No pressure sales. Jerrid was the commensurate gentleman who was "Johnny-on-the-spot" with getting me all the answers to my litany of questions. Let me start off by saying I never intended on purchasing a new car. I brought in my 2016 Kia Soul for service. 10 years old with 190,000 miles. The blessing was I drove off the lot with a 2024 Mazda CX-30. My sales representative John Tomahn was knowledgeable, professional, and very down to earth. He and the team, Eddie Cervantes and Garnett Thompson went above and beyond to keep my niece and I comfortable during the process. Thank y’all so much for lunch. The customer service was phenomenal.
