I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from this dealership. A 2026 Hyundai Elantra. Great service, the staff was awesome and they worked with me, to put me in a cool looking car! This is the place to go when buying a vehicle! Their the best! The service is great. And you'll find what you need.

I’ve purchased several vehicles over the years, and my experience with Jonny Lopez was one of the best. From the very beginning, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made the entire buying process comfortable and stress-free. Overall, my experience at Hanlees was excellent. I received a great deal that I simply couldn’t pass up, and the team made everything smooth from start to finish. The only area that could use improvement is the facility itself, particularly the restrooms. They feel outdated and could definitely use some renovations to better match the quality of the customer service. Other than that, I highly recommend Hanlees and would gladly do business with them again.

Update: Had to adjust my review. Had the car for a week and one morning walking out of the car, noticed a part of the rear of the hood with a decent chunk of missing paint, down to at least the primer. This isn't somewhere that would have been hit by rocks on the road, and we never even opened the hood after we got the car home, the area was untouched. Contacted the dealership asking if we could get some touchup paint for this. Was told we were supposed to have inspected the car and told them about it before we left. I will admit that it was missed during inspection, but for the location of this, it was not a place one would normally look. Figured $45 bucks of touchup paint would have a good opportunity to show good after-sale service, but I guess it wasn't worth it to retain a future repeat customer. Make sure to check every single inch of the car before you leave the lot, otherwise good luck! My father was in the market for an Ioniq 5 XRT, a vehicle with relatively low production numbers. He found the one he was looking for at Hanlees and we were able to go on on a random wednesday to check it out. Joe'l, our sales consultant was friendly throughout the whole process, and took us on a test drive around the area where we were able to fully experience the ride. He also answered all of our questions regarding features and introduced us to some features we were not aware of, and was very knowledgeable about the car. After we were ready to purchase, Joe'l had the car prepped while we were doing the paperwork and shortly after, we were on our way. Smooth and friendly purchase experience, will most likely visit again when we need more vehicles.

I was hounded to leave a review and was holding off to see if they would deliver the promised paperwork and they have not so this is the review. Do not leave this place without every item you need in hand. I bought my used car from them, over a month ago and could tell there was extensive body work that would be necessary. They only took a 1,000 dollars off, and the actual bodywork will be up 4,000 dollars for me to try to repair the structure of the car. A bit misleading on their part. The car also had the original paperwork from the point of sale when it was bought brand new. I was thrilled to have access to this paperwork, because there was no sign of a proper security system in the car.When I was inspecting it. I wanted to take the paperwork to honda to ensure that they installed the correct security system, being aware that this dealership is a hyundai dealership, they would have no resources for that. And after I got home, I realized they took it out of the car. They also said they would send me the original inspection paperwork since this is a used vehicle, i have been checking in for weeks and still have not received it. Currently, there are some a c issues popping up and I would love to have the paperwork to be able to refer back to in order to get the proper repairs done. I tried to extend grace and be understanding for weeks, these guys are just trying to do their job. Until the bare minimum of giving me the paperwork I was promised, this is the review. Incredibly frustrating experience to not just have something that would support buying a used car in full confidence, could be solved through an email.
