You know that feeling when you have found a service department that genuinely cares about service and customer care? Then that feeling when the go to person in that service department has left, leaving you to start all over trying to build rapport with a new team? That is where I found myself recently. I reached out to my previous contact and he connected me with a super-star at Hilltop Dodge. My experience having my transmission cooler replaced on my 2012 Durango could not have gone any smoother! Erlinda Delgado in the service department clearly knows how to treat a customer and I am so grateful for meeting her! Although Hilltop Dodge is not the closest location for me, some things are worth traveling the extra distance for. This is one of those situations!
