Hanlees Hilltop GMC

I had a great experience purchasing my 2026 GMC Sierra 2500 HD AT4 at Hanlees Hilton GMC dealership. I was shopping around and I found one online that caught my eye. I got in contact with the dealership and Hector who was very friendly made the entire process smooth and stress-free.He had great energy and, most importantly, was not pushy or aggressive at all. It was honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I've had. I highly recommend asking for Hector if you're in the market.

Our salesman, Paul Galassi, and his manager, Alex Akrami, are absolute miracle workers. Why? My wife has not voiced one word of complaint since we drove home with our used car 2 days ago. The last time we bought a car was almost 2 decades ago. That was an adversarial ordeal that I still remember clearly today. Our meeting with Paul Galassi and Alex Akrami was the exact opposite. Both of them provided useful advice and guidance. At no time did we feel pressured or that answers were being skewed. We still need at least one more car and hopefully we can be repeat customers with Paul Galassi & Alex Akrami.

This is my second vehicle purchased at hilltop gmc. I had the privilege of working with hector this time. Hector was very knowledgeable. He did a great truck delivery and worked smoothly through the buying experience. The general manager was fair with my trade, and they made the deal work. I'm loving my denali ultimate

My experience was great with the bryon and shariff. They were very professional, I messaged for an OTD price and they made it happen. The facilities can use a little TLC. No changing table for newborn, beat up furniture and noticeable surface dust. Would definitely reach out when looking for my next vehicle.

Set clear expectations we were serious about buying but wouldn't have the down payment for 5 days. Sales Manager named Amin said no problem. He calls us back later that day and says if we can't put the money down, we have no deal since he can't hold the car. He transferred the vehicle to another dealership to get a car for another sale. Amin and his word to any customer means nothing when he shakes your hand. Buyers Beware. This was on Thursday 3/19/26. We found where the vehicle was transferred and bought it on 3/24/26 with the downpayment we told Amin we were willing to pay. Thanks to Silveira GMC in Healdsburg for turning this bad experience with Hanlees into a good one.
