We recently needed to return our Jeep lease through U.S. Bank, and Philip provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Even though he knew there was absolutely no possibility of making a sale to us, he went above and beyond to help. We had contacted several other dealerships in the area, and they either laughed at us, said they had no room on their lot, or told us they would only assist if we were purchasing another vehicle. Philip's attitude was completely different. He was patient, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. He took the initiative to call U.S. Bank, figured out exactly how to process our Jeep lease return, and handled everything in about 15 minutes. He made what had been a frustrating experience incredibly easy. It's refreshing to find someone who values customer service over making a sale. Philip's willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate his professionalism, patience, and dedication. He is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield. Our salesman was Nick and the finance guy I believe was Pierce, great team. Nick was very friendly and accommodating and Pierce was great to work with as well. Top notch experience nothing like buying a car from any other dealership. Never did the experience seem predatory or aggressive, just enjoyable. I cannot say enough good things about them and how they treated my wife and I.

She was professional, very responsive, and went above and beyond to help resolve a service issue that stemmed from a prior visit. Jenna took the time to understand the background, communicated clearly with the manager, and handled the back and forth for us. Her advocacy and follow‑through made the process smooth and fair. I truly appreciated her help and would gladly work with her again.

The service at Mercedes-Benz Fairfield is great, but my EQE350 has been absolutely disappointing. This is now the third time I’ve experienced the dashboard completely blacking out while driving, and that is unacceptable for a luxury vehicle like a Mercedes-Benz. It’s honestly scary and frustrating to deal with. For the amount of money these cars cost, I expected reliability, safety, and quality — not repeated electrical issues. This is my second car from Mercedes-Benz, and unfortunately, it will most likely be my last. I’m just glad I leased it.
