I had the best experience ever here at Fairfield Acura. I received exceptional service from the team when purchasing my 2026 mdx. I had lost faith in Acura due to horrible experience with my 2025 mdx which I originally purchased at Oakland Acura. They offered no solution and expected me to just deal with it or pay them more money to get out of the contract. After reaching out to corporate they ultimately declared the car a lemon. So with that being said I contacted Fairfield and they were so understanding and willing to help me get into another MDX immediately. They gave me lots of options to choose from and didn’t make me feel pressured. They just wanted me to feel confident and happy most of all. Mark and the team are amazing and I feel like I am part of their Acura family. This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I left with a car I love and feel safe and confident in.
