I had a very positive experience at BMW of Napa Valley from start to finish. The staff was patient, thorough, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. My husband and I were very upfront that we were considering purchasing a new vehicle in the coming months but weren't ready to make a decision. We let them know that if we decided a BMW was the right choice, we would reach out when we were ready. They completely respected that, which made the entire experience comfortable. We ultimately decided on the BMW X5 Hybrid, and I picked it up last week. The Napa Valley BMW Dealership in Fairfield has been such a pleasant experience. Greg Lovastro has been such a fabulous senior Sales Rep since they opened.
