Fred is a nice man and forth coming on prices, and always kept us updated on my car they even gave me a loaner car for three days for free. And my a/c works perfectly thank you to the mechanic or mechanics, that had a hand in the repair
We Purchased a car today from Edwin friendly customer service! Also finance manager is wonderful great customer service not rushed well explained everything for our new 2026 Honda accord I have a 2024 Honda accord hybrid used from concord in December we are twins now but I wish I had bought my car from this dealership since the service was so great!! as I just gave Honda concord a bad review because I’m trying to do my maintenance on my car and the plan they sold me is not what they said I’ll be doing more business with Fairfield from now on especially since it’s close to home as well
I had a great experience at this dealership. The team was extremely attentive, professional, and friendly from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. The pricing was fair, and there was no pressure — just honest, helpful service. I truly appreciate their customer-focused approach and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy car-buying experience.
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and it was another great experience. This is actually my second time buying from them in the past 10 years, which says a lot about their consistency. A big thank you to Brandon Wood for making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, patient, and transparent from start to finish. I truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping here.
Whoever is working the phones for the Sales department deserves a raise. Whoever is working the phones for the Service department/front desk/main line needs serious coaching on customer service. She was rude, condescending and manipulative when I called to request she change the phone number they had on record for my vehicle. I had called about 20 minutes prior to schedule a service appointment. The first call, her tone immediately suggested she was having a bad day, she was short, but that was fine. We all have bad days and she scheduled the service, no problem. I work in customer service. I know it’s hard. When I called the second time to tell her the phone number they had was incorrect (they had my father’s number attached to my vehicle instead of my number; he got the notification for my service instead of me), she said, “well that’s the number you gave me, so…” I never gave her a phone number during the first call and she never asked for one to confirm. She asked for the last 5 digits of the VIN number and the model of the car. Never a phone number. I explained that she never asked me for a phone number. She said, “I did.” She paused and said, “but it’s not a problem ma’am” and her tone and delivery made it sound like she was doing me a favor by correcting “my mistake” when it is clearly a system error on their end. I did get angry at that point and told her, “don’t blame me for something I didn’t do, it’s a phone number, it needs to be changed, just correct it.” She may have not liked my tone, but at that point, the disrespect coming from her end was unacceptable. She then asked for the number, I gave her the correct phone number, the call ended, and I still never got a confirmation sent after that. At this point, I just wanted to cancel the service. I did nothing to this woman but be polite and respectful up to that point, so the animosity and defensiveness on her end was out of left-field. Those calls are apparently recorded, so they can be listened to for corroboration. We all have bad days, but if you’re on the front lines answering the customers’ calls, you’re a direct representative of the company. And your service, or lack thereof, therefore directly reflects onto the company. If that kind of behavior is normalized here, I cannot and will not give my business to someone who treated me like that completely unprovoked. The only rectifying part of the situation (and the reason for the extra star) was when I called the sales department for assistance, because the other receptionist made me so uncomfortable that I did not want to speak to her after the last exchange. The woman who answered that call was kind, understanding, patient, and apologetic, and she cancelled the service per my request. That wasn’t her job to do, but she did it. That’s customer service. This is a careful reminder that even short exchanges over the phone can be damaging to someone on the receiving end when the person who is supposed to be helping you just treats you like a disposable consumer, and not a customer.
