I’m absolutely stunned by the service here. Rachel helped me from the first phone call until all the processes went through. First time here, and I’m sure I’ll stick to this dealer from now on. Most of all: Rachel did exactly what I’m missing from all other dealers and most shops: Did what she said would do when she said she would do. No overpromising and underdelivering. I truly felt my time was respected and my business was appreciated.

A lot of kind words for the guys who helped me out! With this only being my second time buying a car they were very patient with me when I was overwhelmed. Trent Clevenger and Gustavo Torres were the ultimate two man, the kindness, patience with me, very welcoming, and even cracked jokes about me not being able to make a decision because i’m hungry. Overall the experience was great, I’d definitely come back or send my folks to this dealership! And most of all, they made sure the car was a perfect fit for me before purchasing.

I recently purchased a new Frontier from here and had a great experience overall. Gustavo in sales was professional, patient, and easy to work with throughout the process, and showed all the documents since I purchased with Costco car buying program. He took the time to answer questions, explain the vehicle features, and made sure everything went smoothly without making me feel pressured. Khalid in finance was also extremely helpful and transparent while going over the financing and protection options. He explained everything clearly, worked to get a good interest rate, and made the paperwork process straightforward and stress-free. Would recommend this location, especially if purchasing through Costco discount.

Went today to Hanlees Fairfield, because of recalls and from the moment I walked in the service center Greg Simon was so nice and took his time to explain everything to me. He didn’t brush me off like some service centers do. He took his time and went over everything with me. My car was fixed in a timely manner and he was just as courteous when I came back and got the car. Thank Greg for your excellent customer service.

I had permission to charge here. I spoke to the regional sales manager personally and he told me it was okay to charge after the dealership closed. So that's what I was doing tonight around 8:45 when one of their employees walked up and asked if I was a customer or employee. I said no. Told him I'd go ahead and unplug. Fine. But he wasn't done. He called me stupid. He called me a thief. He told me I was trespassing on property that had no signs, no locks, nothing preventing anyone from being there. And then he pulled out his phone, took pictures of my car, and told me if he ever sees my vehicle there again he's calling the police. I was already leaving. I had already said I'd leave. None of that was necessary and none of it was okay. I don't know if this guy is from the Toyota or Nissan location but he works for Hanlees and this is who they have out here. If this is the type of people Hanlees hires to represent them, that tells you everything you need to know about this place.
