I recently bought a 2026 Kia K5 from here and I had the best experience with this place! The staff there was so very attentive and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable, made sure I had everything I needed, and got me the best deal possible. AND a big shout out to Jaime!!! (my sales lady) She was so wonderful to work with. any questions or concerns I had she was right on top of it with what I needed. Even on sunday (her day off) she communicated with me and helped me out with everything! I didn’t get off until later in the day and the staff didn’t rush through things and gave me a tour of all of the electronics even well after they were supposed to be off of work. Jaime even helped me clean the things out of my old car! I highlyyyy recommend this place for your next purchase on a car! and working with this wonderful lady!
We had a great experience at this dealership. Josh Stone was the man who helped us. He made it so easy. We walked away with a Kia Sportage. I have contacted Josh a few times since to ask questions and he has always been ready to help us. He even texted my husband a Happy Birthday message. Josh is the best.
will never go back to this dealership again. I had to wait more than 10 minutes just to get my car back, and two employees got out of my car. Why were they in my car? They replaced one tire but did not even check the air pressure in the other three tires. I don’t know what they did to my car, but there was dirt inside, and the new tire didn’t even look new. It was very dirty. Also, this place charges an additional 3.5% fee for credit card payments. It feels like they are making extra profit from credit card fees. I will never return to this place again.
