Central Toyota

Ron is a terrific salesperson….no pressure, very personable, and professional. Toyotas sell themselves, but it is nice to have a great salesman that believes in his product. Tara the finance person was terrific as well. She did not push the “extras” after I said I didn’t want to purchase them. She is professional and took care of my finance needs with a great rate to boot. I highly recommend to have these two people take care of you if you are in need of a new or used vehicle.

Our experience was a great one. We are from Missouri and drove about an hour and a half to get there. From the time we arrived, our salesman Jacob Jumper was on the spot from finding vehicles for us to test drive, to getting our questions answered as soon as possible. I like the fact that he was very transparent and conducted himself with professionalism and integrity. He is a true asset to your business and to the profession. Thank you Jacob and Central Toyota for all your help.

Ethan Johns was a great sales person . His personality was top notch and he was very welcoming. I also enjoyed the fact that it only took a couple of hours to process and get my new car. Thank you, Toyota of Jonesboro for your fast, accurate and Professional assistance.

I am giving 5 stars because Rob was the absolute best! He is very knowledgeable and down to earth! That man took the time, talked, advocated, and helped in every possible way he could! The finance guy lacked to be desired. Had an attitude, verbally offensive, kind of a jerk. In finance you have to sell yourself and he did a super poor job at that. Can’t remember his name because we walked out in the middle of it to discuss leaving. Rob once again went in and told him he was costing him a sale! We did go back in and he seemed to have a better attitude. I will most definitely revisit when we need to upgrade. Rob you are the best! Thank you for the best service that you could give! Very happy with my wife’s 2025 Yukon Denali!

Very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable staff with a smile. Service team is very thorough on the service inspection of my GR Corolla and was not the proverbial "Rush Job". Waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Sales Staff was hopping getting the lot ready for the 4th of July weekend sale. All around a very pleasant visit. Great Job Toyota!!!
