Chad is awesome, tells you like it is will work with you in anyway. We had come to look at another car but they sold it and he ended up making it right with another car that just pulled up from being cleaned and we loved it. Come see Chad the the man with a plain.

The owner is only out to take money by selling unsafe cars. We bought my daughter a car in July and was told it was sent through an inspection so we trusted them. It’s been in the shop since the middle of December. The reputable auto repair shop sent us this list of issues and said it should have never been sold to anyone like this. It’s not safe to drive. They took over $6,000 from us and sold us an unsafe car. Now the owner is unwilling to help make it right. He said he has over 4,000 customers and apparently doesn’t care about us. So DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am in the process of filing a case with the BBB and having an attorney look into this fraudulent company. The owner Kelly said since we did not buy a warranty he has no legal right to help us. So beware. He is a snake and will take your money. Attached is a list of the extensive issues with this car. It’s ridiculous he’s even in business still.

Let me start buy saying, my understanding is Car Choice and Auto Max are one in the same when buying a car. My daughter-n-law and I went to test drive a SUV that was at Auto Max in Jonesboro and I went back to Tn. to carry them a cashiers check to buy the SUV. Chad was told the tire light came on and to please check this out. Left and was coming back with the cashier check to pay. Eric Pruitt is who we communicated with about the vehicle the whole time and he was told to have the SUV cleaned up. My daughter-n-law headed back to Jonesboro to buy the vehicle with a cashier check and gets there and the vehicle wasn't clean and she handed the cashier check to them and instead of handing the title to her, it has taken a month to get the title. Leaving with the SUV 20 minutes into the ride home she was stranded on the interstate because of a flat tire. So guess with didn't check the tire or clean the vehicle, it just sat there a whole week. I ask to be reimbursed for the tire and I can't get Kelly Copeland to call me back on several attempts. I wonder why!!! I have been told that he is the boss, owner or whatever you want to call someone that doesn't return phone calls. When he reads this maybe he will return the phone call to me he can ask Jennifer in titles, Chad at Auto Max or Eric to get my number. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CAR CHOICE OR AUTO MAX IN JONESBORO AR.

If I could give 0 stars I would I had my vehicle since February of this year I’ve paid all my payments on time got receipts of every single payment I’ve made and I also have letters from when they was threatening me to turn off my vehicle but was still taking payments off my card and when I called them to talk to them when making a payment they never said anything about me being behind or taking my vehicle out of town I’ve called on multiple attempts to figure out why they cut my car off when all my payments where caught up and they had multiple of excuses of why different people saying different things telling me wrong info they don’t do there job as they should I have a whole phone recording of them saying they messed up that I wasn’t behind but they shut my vehicle off because I moved only a hour away which was not in my contact that I couldn’t move while leasing my vehicle they tried to bribe me to come up there and sign a new contract while already having my old contract that never said I couldn’t take my car out of town then after I caught them up in that lie they turned around and said they cut it off because of delayed insurance because I didn’t have the same insurance company they wanted me to have and they run through CAR CHOICE DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMS THEY WILL HAVE YOU PAYING EXTRA MONEY THAT YOU DONT OWE I refuse to give these people anymore of my money I told them that they can come get they vehicle after making me lose my job but I promise you they will see me in court even if I have to take them myself this type of behavior is VERY UNACCEPTABLE

Not a helpful staff. The communication you need in a car place is something you will find elsewhere, not here. I waited over a week for a vehicle to be ready with no phone call or update from Phillip. He had plenty of time to add me to his spam email list though so, in the time I’m waiting for him to call me about the car I actually want to buy, I received multiple emails from him about how helpful he is and how he wants to find me a car. I ended up going to Central Auto Sales in Hot Springs who got me in a 2016 Jeep Patriot for no money down and $450 payments per month.
