Great experience at Tucson Auto Sales. The whole process was easy and straightforward. No pressure, just honest answers and a fair deal. The car was exactly what I was looking for and in great shape. Josh made the paperwork quick and simple, and I was in and out without any hassle. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a solid used car in Tucson.

For being a one-man team really great service gave us water and everything even tried to negotiate with the bank for a lower fee and gave a discount when we finally paid I guess there's a fee for when you use your car because of the type of card I was using but he ended up waiving the fee which was really really nice and we greatly appreciate it we are no longer taking Uber to work and back on the road thank you again!!!

After being in a serious collision my 2002 Chevy 1 ton was a total loss. Living in St John's Arizona I looked around and couldn't find anything nearby. I found a nice used 2008 Chevy 1 ton dually with a Duramax here at Tucson Auto sales. Had my friend in Tucson take it for a ride, and was very happy with the way Josh handles his sales. When I went to pick up the truck Josh was very professional but laid back, never tried pressure sales, and was honest the whole time. There was one damaged center brake light and he honored it by ordering me a new one. I would definitely recommend Tucson Auto sales to anybody that's looking for an honest car salesman, no BS. And if I'm in the market anytime again I will definitely look them up!!!

My brother and I have both bought from this dealership. We got good deals on good quality vehicles. You will be met by the owner who has been there since the 90's. No pressure or hidden fees. No hiding the prices. This dealership is different from the rest. Happy to show the carfax. Will continue to be a customer.

I contacted this dealership through Facebook Marketplace regarding a Lexus LX 570 and communicated with someone named Josh Silverman. I asked for the final price and made an offer, which is a normal part of negotiating for a used vehicle. Instead of discussing the offer or simply declining it, Josh silver man blocked me without explanation. I found this experience unprofessional and disappointing. Not every offer will be accepted, and that’s understandable, but customers should be able to ask questions and negotiate without being blocked. A simple response such as “the price is firm” would have been much more professional. Based on my experience, the communication and customer service did not meet my expectations.
