Millennium Motors (Y2K) LLC, specifically Mike and Jaime Begurski are amazing people. I have purchased 3 vehicles from their dealership over the past 15 years. Each experience was so memorable that I can recollect each vehicle and how great, not just the purchase was, but how good the vehicles ended up being and how long they lasted. A 2004 GMC Yukon Denali that was absolutely amazing condition with only 60k miles on it, but some crazy driver ran a red light and totaled it! A 2006 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer trim that ran over 200k miles! A 2011 VW Tiguan SEL trim, that was another great vehicle that was loaded up to the max and ran for almost 250k miles which for a 2.0T engine is extremely rare, as they are usually known to fail around 100 to 150k max. Anyway, long story short, Mike and Jaime have been the owners of this small auto sales business on Speedway for atleast 30 years. Mike is absolutely a stand-up guy and backs his reputation with great customer service and compassion for people and making things right! He is excellent with personal interactions, information, conversations, sales, repairs, updates, phone calls, etc, etc. He’s not only a great businessman, but also a great mechanic. He knows BMW’s better than anyone I know. I own several BMW’s that he’s done work on and I will never take a BMW anywhere else for any repair. He can do pretty much any repair needed on vehicles at extremely fair prices compared to big dealer rates. Mike takes pride in picking out the “best condition available” to sell on his lot and I will not hesitate to purchase more vehicles from him and Jaime in the future. I have been wanting to write a review for this business for a long time. After reading through the reviews, both from the past and more currently, it was the crux that drove me to write one, finally after 15 plus years and multiple vehicle purchases. Mike and Jaime’s compassionate nature and amazing customer service each and every time I’ve called them, gone in to see their vehicles or stopped by for repairs had always been top notch and I’m surprised to read some of these negative reviews. There are only a few, but I guarantee you Mike and Jaime will be much more fair and trustworthy and go out on a limb to help buyers when most other dealerships won’t. They are both very honest, and up front on their vehicle prices and condition and will do the absolute best they can on prices for their customers. I trust them and will buy from them again. Lastly, to the guy that offered $9,000 for a 2012 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid sedan with about 73k miles on it in excellent condition. That vehicle is worth $11,240 to &12,440 all day, any day. This review is long overdue and we apologize for that! Mike and Jami are truly wonderful people who provide excellent, reliable service you can trust anytime. Back in 2024 they went above and beyond to help us get our first car (as well as the second one), making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They handle everything your car needs, so you never have to look anywhere else. Every time we came in they welcomed us like we were family, because honestly that is what they became to us. Their kindness and genuine warmth also made us fall in love with Tucson and the people there. That really says something. If you are looking for a dealership you can truly trust, Millennium Motors LLC is the place. Highly recommended!

I recently visited a local, family-run dealership while searching for a specific vehicle, and I truly wanted this to be a positive experience. Especially after reading the positive reviews. The staff were cordial and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues that ultimately led me to walk away. During my first visit, the vehicle I came to see had a dead battery and needed to be jumped. Once it started, a maintenance required light was on, which typically indicates something routine like an oil change. I was assured both the battery and maintenance would be taken care of. Due to time constraints, I returned about a week later to test drive the car, only to find the battery was still dead and the maintenance light still on. They jumped it again so I could drive it, and I reiterated my strong interest in purchasing. Once again, I was assured the battery would be replaced. Two days later, I returned with my wife ready to buy, but unfortunately, the battery still had not been replaced. I was told their mechanic wasn’t available. When we sat down to discuss pricing, the numbers came back significantly higher than expected. I made an offer based on fair market value using KBB, Edmunds, and J.D. Power as references. The dealership declined to negotiate at all, stating they “lose money on these cars” and only sell them to gain long-term service customers. I was even told my offer matched what they paid for the vehicle. I understand the need for businesses to make a profit, but the asking price was roughly 30% above market value with no flexibility. Combined with the unresolved battery and maintenance issues, it was difficult to justify moving forward. I left my contact information in hopes of continuing the conversation, but I never received a follow-up. While I respect that this is a family-run business with friendly staff, my experience fell short due to lack of follow-through on basic vehicle readiness and an unwillingness to negotiate within a reasonable market range. Edit: Thank you for taking the time to respond. I do want to note that, rather than reaching out to me directly to discuss my experience, you chose to respond publicly with a point-by-point rebuttal. A simple follow-up conversation could have provided clarity and potentially resolved concerns. As you mentioned reviewing my history, you likely noticed I rarely leave reviews. This was an honest reflection of my experience, not an attempt to misrepresent your business. Turning it into a “he said, she said” exchange publicly comes across as unprofessional. Regarding pricing, the valuation I referenced was based on entering the vehicle’s VIN along with your dealership location, which returned a figure closer to $11,110, even assuming excellent condition, which I do not believe applied here. My $11,000 offer was intended as a starting point for negotiation, not a final position. Had there been any willingness to engage in a discussion, I would have been open to adjusting my offer. More importantly, my concerns were not solely about price. I was told on multiple occasions that the battery would be replaced prior to purchase. At no point was I informed that you were waiting on a specific battery from a supplier. Instead, when I returned ready to buy, I was told the battery had not been replaced because a mechanic was unavailable. The same explanation was given regarding the oil change. These inconsistencies are what ultimately led to a loss of confidence. Finally, I’d like to clarify that following up with an interested customer is not “pushy," it is a standard and expected part of good business practice, especially when a customer has clearly expressed intent to purchase. I respect that you are a long-standing family-run business, but my review reflects a genuine experience where expectations set by your team were not met.
