Great family business. Al was so helpful with the purchase of my sons car. We co-signed for his 2020 Infinity and with our great credit , we got approved quickly. Al went above and beyond to make sure things went smooth for us and we appreciate his work ethic. I bought a luxury 2016 BMW 328i. I had talked to the dealership prior to the purchase and organized the desired vehicle. After I saw the car I fell in love and it has been my best vehicle purchase yet! With the help of Mr. Al, I was able to finance the vehicle with a great rate. Brought a used 2020 Subaru from Al back in mid February 2025. At first I thought the buy was great however, a month and a half later I started experiencing some issues with the transmission. Should have seen the signs since he wouldn’t let me test drive the car before checking my credit because he wanted to make sure that I would even qualify. He also never offered me bumper to bumper insurance, he only offered me gap insurance during the sale processes. I wish I would have been more informed. I felt like I was kinda taken advantage of since it was my first time buying a car. I called him when I was having the transmission issues and unfortunately he said I would have to pay to have it repaired and that he cannot help me besides taking it to his transmission guy, however I would have to pay all of it. First time buying a car and I’m absolutely upset with this person and the car dealership. I strongly feel that I was taken advantage and it’s not right.
