After searching through the internet for days I found a vehicle that appeared to be a good buy. However I called Jay’s Automotive to see if they could describe the vehicle in more detail! I was encouraged by their description and set out to see if their description was accurate! It was spot on! Only better! A few cosmetic issues that they corrected in a few days after ordering a part. We also discovered a passenger seat issue after a couple weeks that was promptly resolved by Jay! Service was Amazing! They have a large selection of quality cars however the service is so valuable! Thank You for your service and support!

After having a difficult time looking for my first car, I had a great experience here at Jays auto sale. They were very helpful and informative about my car. They really heard and understood what I wanted. Especially David, he is the most understanding person that I’ve ever met. He made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car. Great customer service and they listen to what you’re looking for when you’re purchasing a new vehicle.

This review is 5 months after I bought my Toyota Corolla and I highly recommend this dealership. They take pride in the maintenance and appearance of the vehicles they sell. When I bought my car it came with a fresh oil change, alignment, wipers, and new tires. No pressure sales with lots of quality vehicles on the lot.

Recently got a car from Jay Auto Sales and they made it the easiest process for me as a new car owner!!! Arash and everyone was so welcoming and the car itself is amazing! They detailed my car for me, filled up my gas to full, checked my oil and tires which was so wonderful of them! Would absolutely buy another car from them and said if anything happens to my new car I can go back and they will help me out with it!!! 5/5 service in all ways!

Our experience at Jay’s Auto Lot was, frankly, quite disappointing. We arrived with a clear interest in a specific vehicle, yet the salesman chose to disregard this entirely and instead attempted to steer us toward a different car we had no desire to consider. His approach was not only unnecessarily insistent but also dismissive of our preferences. At one point, he remarked that he was “paid by the hour” and could tell us which cars were good or bad despite the fact that we had not asked for his opinion. He also told a member of our party to “get over it” and went as far as to claim that the cars we preferred were “overrated,” which only reinforced how little regard he had for our input. After an extended and unproductive interaction, we attempted to return to the vehicle we had originally come to see, only to be abruptly informed that the dealership was closing despite prior assurances that there would be ample time. Most notably, the salesman’s conduct was strikingly unprofessional. Referring to a member of our party as a “snob” for expressing a simple preference is wholly inappropriate and reflects a concerning lack of basic courtesy. Overall, the experience lacked the level of professionalism and respect one would reasonably expect. We left without having accomplished our original purpose, and with NO interest returning. And would not recommend going here unless you like to be hassled into cars you didn’t want to see with NO input. We did not grab the salesman’s name but he wore a Fedora 😹 lmao
