It's been 3 years now since I've had my car from creative/smart motors. I left a 5🌟 review the day I signed my papers--in my first, I gave 5 for giving me a chance when I barely made any money. Today I'm much better off, & the car I knowingly over paid for but needed so bad? Still runs like new with regular maintenance. I love my car & Jennifer from creative will work with you if you have any issues. You just have to be open for communication if problems arise. 3 years later, I'm giving another 5🌟 review.

I got a Kia Sorento while back at smart motor have barely even driven the car because I've been having to put in a lot of money into it just said forget it and went to Toyota got a good deal
So far an absolutely terrible experience with creative car credit/Smart motors. Bought a 2007 car for way more than it's worth. Nothing but issues with the car, they sold knowing it was a lemon and did crappy fixes to get it sold. Check engine light came on within a week of purchasing. Tpms sensors all messed up. The gas cap door was rigged with a piece of paper to get it to shut. Spark plug and engine coils cross threaded costing us serious money to replace only to have the Cadillac convertor messed up as well as the oil sensors being cross threaded and bust off in the engine requiring more mechanical work costing more than the car is worth to fix. We have been making over $500 payments every month for 2 years, yet we still owe almost as much as what they said we were purchasing it for. DEFINITELY SHOULD HAVE DONE OUR RESEARCH ON THE COMPANY PRIOR BUT WE WERE DESPERATE FOR A VEHICLE. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and we absolutely cannot wait to be done paying this car off and rid of this terrible company. If I could leave a 0 star review instead of 1 I would. Please go to a more reputable dealer to get a car, this place will only screw you over with a crap vehicle and outrageous payments.
