Liberty GMC

I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Liberty GMC and I can guarantee I will be back again! My most recent purchase was a 2026 GMC Yukon XL for my wife. We worked with Kyle S., from the minute we stepped onto the lot to the keys being placed in our hands was about 3 hours, this included shopping, test drives and finance. The process was seamless, efficient and we went home in a vehicle that is even better than we expected. Never felt pressured, no BS when we got back to finance about adds-ons, it was honestly an enjoyable car buying experience. Thank you Liberty GMC!

Lydia was my sale associate and she was very attentive to my needs and wants. She worked hand in hand with me to find the right truck for me and made me a deal that I couldn't resist. She gave me what I was asking for on my Trade In and made the entire process painless. She treated me like one of her family members. Like I told her, when I am ready, I will be back to look her up. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Liberty and each time, it was easy!

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Liberty. I worked with Tony Sanders and Cary. Both were knowledgeable and in my opinion did a great job respecting what I wanted and my timeline to buy. I also have to shoutout Omer who really sold me on the AT4x as we were looking at pricing and was just a funny, personable guy. Will absolutely be back here whenever I decide to upgrade.

OMG!!! it was the best experience ever. Lydia and Winston was great working with our wants and needs, They were professional and the energy and vibe was great when we walked in the building. We were able to purchase the 2026 GMC Terrain Denali. I w0uld recommend Lydia and Winston to anyone. Customer service was spectacular. If I was able to give 10 stars I would. Our 1.5 hour drive was worth it. If you are in need of a new car go see them quickly.

I’ve purchased two trucks from this dealership, and I have to say the sales team has always provided excellent customer service. The buying experience has been smooth, professional, and enjoyable each time. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the service department. Even for a simple inspection, it often takes an entire day just for someone to look at your vehicle. When they tell you the truck needs to stay for additional days and you ask about a loaner vehicle, the response is loaners are “limited” and your vehicle has to be completely undrivable to qualify. Instead of trying to help or understand your situation, they make it feel like it’s your problem to figure out transportation. Customer convenience doesn’t seem to be a priority. You’re expected to arrange and pay for a rental car on your own, with no effort from the service department to offer alternatives or assistance. The dealership has a great sales team, but the service department falls well short of the level of customer care that keeps people coming back. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because improving the service experience would make a huge difference.
