Liberty Buick

We've been buying vehicles from James for over 6 years, and we honestly wouldn't go to anyone else. He's always incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He genuinely takes the time to make sure we're taken care of and never makes us feel pressured. What really sets him apart is that his customer service doesn't end when you drive off the lot. Anytime we've had a question or needed help after purchasing a vehicle, he's been there to assist us quickly and make sure everything is taken care of. If you're looking for someone who's honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers, we can't recommend James enough. He's earned our business time and time again, and we'll continue buying our vehicles from him for years to come.

John Harrison was such a pleasure to work with. I was a little wary buying a car sight unseen and from out of state, as it was my first time doing so. However, John was patient with me and really took the time to answer all of my questions and get me extra footage of the BMW I was looking at. They helped me pay my at home sales tax too which was huge. The biggest green flag for me about John is that he is retired. He doesn’t need to sell cars, but does so because he enjoys the people business. This is something you can genuinely feel when working with John. His relaxed and easy going manner really made this purchase a breeze and stress free. Everyone at this dealer was great to work with honestly. From financing to signing all the paperwork, every person we interacted with here was no less. Super grateful for John and his team at Liberty Buick. I never thought I would be buying a car from a Buick dealership but this experience could not have gone any better.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Liberty Buick. This was my fourth car from them. Tony T. was amazing. He worked exceptionally hard to get me the best possible deal. The car is perfect. And their service has always been excellent.

Anthony "Tony" Ferrari was absolutely amazing. He went over and beyond to serve me and get me what I wanted and im grateful. Amazing service.

I'm a returning customer. My experience was great. It was a lot of negotiations on my part but I knew what I wanted and my budget and was able to walk away with what I was looking for. John Harrison was amazing. I appreciate him listening and following up. I found cars online and submitted my requests. What I've found with dealers these days is that options are not options. I think it should be the customer's choice to add lifetime tint, paint protection, etc. These are not cheap. It was common across dealerships to have options totalling $1,000 or more that you can't take off. Overall, great experience, again. I would recommend Liberty Buick.
