I discuss with a salesperson and we agree that I should come to the dealership, when I arrive. I am told the car has issues being serviced. Poor customer service

If i could give it 0 stars I would This is probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced You call them and all they do is transfer u from department to department its like they ignore your calls on purpose especially if its as simple as asking if the vehicle has warranty or not. We been calling for atleast 2 weeks and left atleast a message to see if that would help but gotten no response. Honestly they're good at being friendly to sell you a car but pretend they dont hear the phone when people who needs help with their vehicles call. We know yall are busy but not busy enough to not be able to pick up the phone. Honestly I say stay away from Larry H Miller take your business to Bill Luke they'll give you great customer service for sure and none of this back and forth with no answers like Larry H Miller does.

Buying the car was great. I drove the car and really like it but then after two weeks I notice my battery was completely dead so I let them know and they told me they would let me know because I bought it already even though the battery was more than 3 years old and typically they don’t last longer then that so I had to buy a new one for almost $250. Then come to find out my plates never came in because they never took it for emissions testing so they sold me the car illegally. I drove 3 hours and half 3 times to see if they could fix it but all they kept saying was I don’t know. Finally they fixed it so I remembered about the battery and asked and they said they would send me a check after having to ask multiple times and talking to 3 managers. Now they just keep ignoring my texts and calls. Horrible customer service so I wouldn’t waste my time at that place. First and last time I go there.

First time getting anything serviced on my brand new truck , I spoke with Mohammed when I initially arrived and expressed my concern for a nail in my tire and when I was returned my truck I asked if the nail was removed and he said no but an oil change was performed , so I had to wait longer due to him ignoring my concern for the nail in my tire and doing an oil change instead . I was ignored and disregarded not only by Mohammed but also the mechanics not correctly doing their inspection and diagnosis.
